Request account deletion

To request deletion of your Carivio AI account and associated data, email support@carivioai.com from the email linked to your account. State that you want your account and associated data deleted. We may verify your identity.

You can also open the account menu in Carivio AI and choose Delete account. Type DELETE and confirm. When the deletion service is configured, your access is locked immediately and deletion continues on the server, including after a temporary outage. If the app reports that deletion is unavailable, use the email request above. Email requests are reviewed manually. Requests cover account records, creation descriptions and media. Minimal credit and report records may be retained for resolving disputes or applicable obligations; the operator must finalize retention periods before public launch.

Files already downloaded to your phone must be removed separately. Drafts and profile photos are stored on your device. See the Privacy Policy.
