Getting started
How to Plan Your First AI Product Video
A useful product video begins with a decision about what the viewer should notice. Trying to explain every feature in one short clip usually makes the result harder to follow. Start with one product, one setting and one visible action.

A practical approach
- Write a one-sentence brief: show this product to this audience in this situation. A reusable water bottle for a commuter needs a different scene from the same bottle on a camping trip.
- Choose a simple shot that makes the product recognizable. Use a clear reference image when available, then ask for a slow camera move or a small environmental movement rather than several simultaneous actions.
- Decide what belongs outside the generated image. Price, offer conditions and exact product wording are often easier to control as separate text in your final edit. Leave some quiet space in the composition.
An example to adapt
Use this as a creative brief, then adjust it to your own subject and the controls available in your chosen tool.
A reusable stainless-steel water bottle standing on a tidy desk beside a closed notebook. Soft morning window light, neutral background, slow camera push toward the bottle, product remains upright and fully visible.
Before you publish
Review the cap, silhouette, label and material before publishing. Reject a beautiful shot if it misrepresents the product. Keep the first approved clip as a reference for later variations.
Try the idea in Carivio
Explore the studio, choose an available workflow and review the displayed settings and credit cost before creating. AI results can vary; check the output against your brief and use only reference material you have permission to use.
